Once your group match has completed pairings, if a player needs to be removed, as admin you can do that from your pairings screen. At the bottom are 2 buttons:

Remove Player

Swap Players

To remove the player, click the button

This brings up icons next to the players and you can click the trash bin next to the player that must be removed.

Once you click the trash can, a menu of options to replace the player is available:

The options are:

Use a Random Draw: TeeRival will select one of the players already in the match to count for this players score. Tries to find a player with a similar handicap to the one that was removed.

Add New Player: You can select a player from the members of the group that are not in the match. This is used if you are replacing the player with a player that never opted into the match but can play now.

Add Bullpen Player: If you have players in the bullpen that were not assigned to the match you can add them in the replaced players place.

Choose Player to be Draw: Same as the random draw, but you choose the player to be the draw.

Add USGA® Player: You can search the USGA database and add a player to replace the removed player.

Once you make a selection you will be asked to proceed and once you select a player or ask for a random draw, the new player is added and match can proceed.
